Seramount Multicultural Women's National Conference Hybrid Event Graphics Package Design
These storyboards were created for Seramount's 2022 Multicultural Women's National Conference, a leadership event designed to bring together and empower multicultural women in business and women in tech careers, as well as HR and DEI professionals. This 2 day hybrid event required a cohesive graphics package to support Seramount's branding and to provide a consistent look and feel across both the in-room experience and a simultaneous virtual broadcast.
Live Event Graphics Package Storyboards
Design support for the multi-screen in-person portion of the conference included visual theme development, speaker titles for 19 presenters and 4 panels, awards graphics, and designs for a walk-in loop that included sponsor layouts, information for all sessions, and supporting theme graphics featuring photos of attendees from the previous year's conference. All storyboards were then handed off to an animator to add motion for the final graphics package.

Virtual Event Broadcast Graphics Storyboards
Design support for the conference's virtual broadcast included single screen layout variations of the theme, awards, and walk-in graphics featured at the in-person event, as well as supporting broadcast graphics and lower thirds for all presenters.
